A Life of Concrete
From growing up on a commercial concrete construction site with my dads company to managing a multimillion dollar commercial concrete company throughout Colorado, most of my life has revolved around concrete. I have not only poured and placed all forms of concrete, I have estimated and managed concrete jobs of all sizes. Turns out I still love working with concrete and I believe concrete structures remain to be one of the most beautiful and best forms of construction that have proven themselves not only with longevity and efficiency, but continue to evolve providing architectural finishes to match modern times.

As I was providing detailed estimates and cost analysis on all varieties of concrete jobs for the past many years, I realized that my friends and family needed information and knowledge to not only gather bids for their own personal projects, but also be able to make an informed decision on the contractors they received bids from. This knowledge is not only valuable to the home owner, but to ownership groups building commercial space or multifamily apartment complexes. We are able to provide or adjust details to the engineers that make the project easier to construct therefore saving money and time. While providing construction details gives you knowledge of how the construction will occur, the most valuable asset is knowing the estimated cost of the project for either your own personal piece of mind, or talking with a bank to receive financing.
Throughout the years of talking with home owners and ownership groups I have worked through different cost analysis exercises decreasing the overall cost of construction while increasing the profitability of that project.
